Skye Worx stores backup data in AWS S3 and DynamoDB. Customers can choose their preferred AWS region for data storage, allowing them to meet specific compliance standards, such as GDPR, by keeping data in a compliant region.

For organisations with fewer than 10 users, Skye Worx is free. For larger organisations, we offer a paid plan at $2 USD per user per month, which includes backup services for both Jira and Confluence.
