How does BYO Storage pricing work?
With BYO Storage on our Enterprise plan, you pay for the SKYEWORX software license, but the backup data is written directly to your own AWS S3 bucket. You maintain complete control over the infrastructure costs and data residency we process the backup, you hold the keys.
Does SKYEWORX count inactive Atlassian users?
No. We sync directly with your Atlassian billing. You only pay for active, licensed users in your Jira or Confluence environment. Inactive or deactivated accounts are automatically excluded from your billing count.
Are there any setup or implementation fees?
None. SKYEWORX can be deployed and configured in minutes via the Atlassian Marketplace with zero implementation fees. Most teams are up and running their first automated backup within the same day they install.
What data does SKYEWORX back up from Jira?
